Introduction
Kobun is an application that allows you to make your favorite web content available on Kindle.
Kōbun is an innovative web service designed to enhance online content consumption. It empowers users to compile and organize their preferred web articles into customized digital magazines, subsequently transmitted to their Kindle devices. This case study examines the design methodology and implemented solutions aimed at creating an efficient and user-friendly content curation platform.
I worked on designing the web application and a developer to create a SaaS product.

To design and improve the user experience, it was very important for me to understand what problems the users were facing while reading the article on the website for the past two months in their day-to-day life.

- Open this to see UX Research Methods
I recruited five users from different sectors and interviewed them virtually.
- First, I asked them a few questions to understand their feelings about the app, pain points, and frustrations.
- Then I asked them to complete a few tasks in the app to catch the points where they were facing friction
SURVEY
After gathering insights from the interview, I shared a small survey form with all the people of all the Kindle active users to validate the insights I gathered.
